Ways I work

Psychotherapy, Counselling or Creative Arts Therapy provide an opportunity for you to talk in a way which explores what is going on in your life and helps you to work towards change.

Each session lasts 50 minutes, ideally on a regular day and time per week by phone call or online on Zoom, where you can speak about the issues which are affecting you without feeling judged.

Our first session will give you an opportunity to decide whether I am the right therapist to help you. We will be able to discuss how I work and what your expectations are. I will be interested in finding out more about you and your reasons for seeking support at this time. There is also no obligation to continue therapy if for any reason it doesn’t feel right.

I choose the most suitable approach at the assessment session as I do not believe that one model helps every client.
